1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets and attendance at the music festival (the "Event") organized by SV Arena Limited ("SV Arena," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. TICKETS AND ENTRY

• All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted except in cases of Event cancellation or as required by law.

• Tickets must be purchased through authorized vendors only. Unauthorized resale, duplication, or fraudulent tickets will not be honored.

• Each attendee must present a valid ticket and government-issued ID upon entry.

• SV Arena reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or poses a safety risk.

3. EVENT RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT

• Attendees must comply with all Event rules, venue regulations, and security procedures.

• Prohibited items include but are not limited to: illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, glass bottles, drones, and any item deemed unsafe by security.

• Disorderly conduct, including excessive intoxication, violence, or harassment, will result in removal from the Event without refund.

• Attendees must respect staff, performers, and other guests at all times.

4. AGE RESTRICTIONS

• The Event may have age restrictions, and valid identification will be required for age verification.

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless specified otherwise.

5. HEALTH AND SAFETY

• SV Arena follows all applicable health and safety regulations.

• Attendees must comply with all health-related requirements, including but not limited to, vaccination proof, mask mandates, and health screenings (if applicable).

• In case of an emergency, follow staff and security instructions immediately.

6. CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, OR CHANGES

• SV Arena reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or governmental restrictions.

• If the Event is cancelled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund according to the official refund policy.

• Line-up changes or artist cancellations will not be grounds for ticket refunds.

7. MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY

• By attending the Event, you grant SV Arena and its affiliates permission to use your likeness in photos, videos, and promotional materials.

• Unauthorized professional photography, filming, or live streaming of performances is prohibited.

8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

• Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to, injury, illness, theft, or property damage.

• SV Arena is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

• Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless SV Arena, its staff, vendors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of attendance at the Event.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

• SV Arena will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, public health emergencies, and government actions.

10. GENERAL TERMS

• These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Any updates will be posted on the official SV Arena website.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SV Arena is registered.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
