GENERAL INFO
OPENING & CLOSING TIMES

Check in times for caravan & camping plots are from 12:00pm until 20:00pm on Saturday 19th July - then from 08:00am until 20:00pm on the remaining open days
SITE RULES

No glass is permitted on site, any found by security will be confiscated

No BBQs or fires

No matter the temperature, stay away from the river

No I.D = No Entry

ZERO drug tolerance, if you are caught with drugs at any point you will be removed from the festival and not allowed to return.

FACILITIES
Phone Charging
We will have free phone charging facilities on-site, please visit the main box office to access this facility.
SV Essentials Shop
Our on-site shop, SV Essentials, will be offering everything you could possibly need for a week in your caravan or tent!
V.I.P Facilities
If you fancy living a more luxury life for the week at SV Arena our V.I.P Facility wristband is available to purchase now HERE.
Toilets & Showers
Our high quality toilet and shower blocks will be situated across all 3 caravan and camping zones. Keeping you fresh all week!
Drinking Water
Free drinking water will be available at all bar locations, simply ask one of our SV Arena team and they will supply it for you. Drinking water standpipes can also be found throughout the festival site for you to help yourself to.
WELFARE
SV Arena has a dedicated Welfare Tent, please pay it a visit if you have any mental or physical wellbeing difficulties. This is to be used as a safe space for anybody who feels like they need somewhere they can go to discuss anything and everything with one of our team.

WHERE TO BUY?
All ticket types will soon be available to purchase online, with our limited Early Bird tickets being released first!
Tickets for the Entertainment Arena can be found HERE and can also be purchased on the gate during the festival. *Any young people's caravan or camping plot tickets include access to the Entertainment Arena*
REFUND POLICY
Any ticket purchased for SV Arena is non-refundable.
TICKET POLICY
Everybody who has purchased a ticket for SV Arena will receive their e-ticket via email in advance, there will be one e-ticket for each person who is attending. This e-ticket must either be printed out or ready to be shown on a mobile device upon arrival, this will then be scanned and exchanged for a wristband to gain to entry into the festival.
The name on your ticket must match the name on the I.D you provide, otherwise you will be denied access.
If you are no longer able to attend and wish to transfer your ticket to a friend, please get in touch with us.

YOUNG PEOPLE'S CARAVAN & CAMPING
PLOT ALLOCATIONS
Plots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to have a plot next to your friends then you must arrive at the same time to be able to guarantee this.

FAMILY CARAVAN & CAMPING SITE
FAMILY FRIENDLY
Access to the Family area will only be granted to those with a Family Area wristband, this is a quieter area situated away from the Entertainment Arena and Young People's zones. Although we still encourage people to enjoy themselves whilst staying with us and attending the Royal Welsh Show, please be respectful when returning to this area if it is later on at night.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
With our Young People's Caravan & Camping wristbands you receive a plot and access to the festival for up to 4 people (or more if you have purchased a larger tent plot).
This gives you full access to our SV Social Area as well as our SV Entertainment Arena every night!
Each campsite will have their own shower facility, with the option to upgrade to V.I.P.
SV SOCIAL AREA
Those staying in our Family area will be allowed to access the SV Social Area during the day up until 9pm. After this time, if you wish to attend the Entertainment Arena you will need to purchase an Entertainment wristband for that day.
DOG FRIENDLY
Whilst staying in our Family area please feel free to bring along your furry friends for the week!
TRAVEL INFO
CAR PARKING
Each Caravan & Camping plot will receive ONE free car parking pass for the week! If you wish to keep any additional vehicles on site you will need to purchase a parking pass on the gate when you arrive.
SHUTTLE BUSES
Our shuttle bus service will be running once again this year, giving people the chance to hop on and easily get to the Showground to attend the Royal Welsh Show. They will be running all day to and from the Showground.
